The Work Of Works Takes Into Account The Implementation Of Gas Installations In The Municipal Housing Buildings Together With The Assembly Of Gas Boilers And Central Heating Installations Along With Radiators. In Addition, The Installation Of Hot Water Should Be Adapted In Residential Premises For Power Supply From Two -Function Gas Boilers. 2. The Scope Of Work And Their Description Can Be Found In Swz And Attachments To Swz, I.E. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With Attachments And In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. 3. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Act, The Employer Informs That It Sets Requirements In The Scope Of Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Contract Consisting In Performing The Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code. Details Regarding The Above -Mentioned Requirements, Including The Type Of Activities To Which The Requirements Relate, The Method Of Verification Of Employment And The Entitlement Of The Employer In The Scope Of Control Are Included In The Designed Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute An Attachment To Swz.4. The Order Is Covered By Financial Support: The Contracting Authority Declares That The Task: Modernization Of Heat Sources In Housing Buildings In Bieruń Is Co-Financed In The Form Of A Special Subsidy By The Upper Silesian-Zagłębie Metropolis. 5. The Employer May Annul The Public Procurement Procedure If The Public Funds That The Employer Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract, Were Not Granted To Him. 6. The Employer Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers As Part Of The Contract In Question. In The Contracting Authoritys Opinion, The Lack Of Division Of The Order Into Parts Does Not Limit On The Quantitative Plane As Well As The Qualitative Possibilities Of The Participation Of Small And Medium -Sized Enterprises. The Commissioning Is Granted In Parts In Two Separate Proceedings. 7. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting A Variant Offer. 8. The Contracting Authority Does Not Reserve The Obligation To Perform With His Own Forces By The Contractor Key Parts Of The Contract. 9. The Contracting Authority Did Not Specify In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Requirements Related To The Performance Of The Contract Referred To In Art. 96 Of The Act. 10. The Employer Does Not Provide For A Reservation Of The Possibility Of Applying For The Award Of The Contract Only By The Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Act.
