The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Made Of A Basic Order (Guaranteed Part) And An Order Covered By The Options (Optional Part). 3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Basic Contract Agreement (Guaranteed Part) Includes: 1) Demolition, Disassembly And Preparatory Works. Concrete, Lawn Edges. 3) Planting And Care For Existing Trees. In The Event That In The Period Until 30.07.2026 The Planted Vegetation Does Not Take Vegetation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove Vegetation And Free Replacement Of The Material With Free From Defects By 30.10.2026.4) Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Fences And Wickets. 5) Purchase, Delivery And Assembly Of Small Architecture Elements As -Built In 3 Copies Containing: A) Acceptance Protocols, Test Reports, Measurements And Other Necessary Protocols Confirming The Correct Performance Of Works During Construction, B) Material Cards, C) As -Built Cost Estimates, D) Geodetic Survey Of The As -Elderly As -Built -In Investor. 8) Providing Geodetic Service. 4. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Use Of The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act. The Circumstances Of Using The Options Were Included In The Planned Contractual Provisions (Contract Template), Constituting Annex 7 To Swz. Contractual Provisions Of Options Do Not Modify The General Nature Of The Contract. 5. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Covered By The Law Of The Option (Optional Part) Includes: 1) Lighting And Monitoring Installation2) Making As -Built Documentation In 3 Copies Containing: A) Acceptance Protocols, Test Protocols, Measurements And Other Necessary Protocols Confirming The Correct Performance Of Works During Construction, B) Material Cards, C) As -There, D) The As -Built As -Built -In -Balance Must Be Complete And Marked With The Signatures Of The Construction Manager And Approved By The Investor Supervision Inspector. 3) Ensuring Geodetic Service. 6. The Contractor Of Construction Works Is Obliged To Certify The Playground Drawn Up By An Independent Unit. 7. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex 8 To Swz.
