1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A New Traffic Lights At The Intersection Of Ul. Mickiewicza-Legions, Implemented As Part Of The Task Construction Works - Its Mickiewicza - Legionów As Part Of The Project Entitled Construction Of Roads And Bicycle Paths And The Development Of Sustainable Mobility Inside The Agglomeration. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of Construction Works, Deliveries And Services, Including In Particular: 1) The Construction Of Traffic Lights At The Intersection Of Mickiewicza And Legionów Tarnów Streets In Accordance With The Project: Permanent Traffic Organization, Electric And Teletechnical; 2) Construction Of Technical Sewage System (Fiber Optic) On The Section Of A Teletechnical Well Located At Ul. Mickiewicza - Brodziński To The Controller At The Intersection Of Ul. Mickiewicza - Legionów; 3) Construction Of A Fiber Optic Network On The Section Described In Point 2) And Including It In The Fiber Optic Network Made As Part Of The Its Project; 4) Introducing A Permanent Traffic Organization In Accordance With The Project Attached To Swz, Taking Into Account The Inclusion Of This Signaling Into The Central Traffic Control System (Ssr) And Priority For Public Transport; 5) Expansion Of Cctv Video Monitoring, Functioning At The Employer; 6) Expansion Of The Traffic Measuring And Traffic Classification Subsystem Functioning At The Employer; 7) Delivery, Assembly And Launch Of 4 Parking Information Boards And Including Them In The Parking System Functioning At The Employer; 8) Performing Photographic Documentation For All Performed Works, Including Disappearing Works; 9) Performing As -Built Geodetic Inventory. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In Annex 1 And 2 To Swz And In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract - Annex 3 To Swz.
