The Subject Of The Contract Are Construction Works Involving The Replacement Of The Roof Covering On The Building Of The Municipal Kindergarten No. 5, Which Is Part Of The School Complex No. 2 In Marki In The Scope Of Replacing The Existing Roofing Along With Sheet Metal Machining, Replacement Of Roof Vent To The Roof Ventilator, Roof Patches, Lightning Protection, Elements Of Sanitary Sewage System And Chimney Renovation. 2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular, The Performance Of The Following Works:  Dismantling Of The Existing Lightning Protection System,  Dismantling Of Flashings (Chimneys Processing, Ventilation Ducts And Sewage Excavations),  Dismantling Of Old Components And Trapezoidal Sheet Metal,  Works Within The Sanitary Sewage System In The Level Of Attic Corroded Steel Elements Of Exhaust Pipes),  Replacement Of The Existing Roofing With Trapezoidal Sheet 0.7 Mm, Galvanized And Powder -Painted, On New Patches And Counter Data (Impregnated Wood, Protected Against Biotic And Abiotic Factors) Together With A Roof Membrane And Soffit,  Roofing Works When Replacing The Roof Sheathing,  Replacement Of Roofing Hatches For New Ones, Intended For Mounting In Unheated Rooms, Equipped With A Gas Facilitates Lifting The Wing And Keeps Them In An Open Position, Preventing Accidental Closure (A Hole In The 800X976 Mm Plan),  Renovation Of Existing Chimneys: 5 Cm Polystyrene Insulation And Finish In Light Technology (Bso) Chimneys To The Roof Level, Plaster Colored In Mass From The Roof Level, Roof Levels, Sheet Metal Processes At Chimney-Roof Chimney And Covering Chimney Hats With Sheet Metal,  Assembly Of New Lightning Protection Elements On The Entire Roof Surface With Connection (Pulling) To Lightning Protection Below The Roof Slope Along With Measurements. Installations Should Be Made In Accordance With The Rules Described In The Pn_En 62305-1 Standards; 62305-2; 62305-3. 23 Replacement Of Chimney Sockets,  Assembly Of New Sewage Exhaust,  Roof Equipment With A Snow Fence And Roof Accessories Enabling Safe Operation Of Chimney Sweeping. 3. The Scope Of Auxiliary Work Includes:  Installation Of Wall Scaffolding,  Waste Disposal And Disposal,  Protection Of The Construction Site Enabling Safe Use Of The Facility During Work. 4. In The Case Of The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract In The Period When The Kindergarten Is Open And Children And Pedagogical And Administrative Staff Will Stay In The Kindergarten, The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out Works In A Way That Does Not Expose The Safety Of Children, Employees And Third Parties Staying In The Kindergarten. 5. In Particular, The Contractor Is Obliged To:  Proper Fence And Marking Of The Works Zones,  Providing Organizational And Technical Means To Prevent The Access Of Unauthorized Persons To The Places Of Work,  Exercise Special Caution When Moving Around The Kindergarten,  Performing Work In A Way To Minimize Nuisance (Noise, Dust, Etc.
