Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Sanitary Building As Part Of The Task Entitled Development Of The City Market In Łask

1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Sanitary Building As Part Of The Task Entitled Development Of The City Market In Łask. 2) The Works Will Take Place On The Basis Of Decision No. 208/2025 Of 09.05.2025 Authorizing The Investor To Start And Conduct Construction Works, In Accordance With The Approved Construction Project, Sign Ab.6740.1.445.2024.Eg94. 3) As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, It Is Expected To Be Carried Out In Particular The Following Construction Works: - Earthworks, - Reinforced Concrete Structural Works - Foundations, - Construction Works - Feet, Wreaths, Poles, - Substrates, Floors, - Construction And Partition Walls, - Plasters, Wall Coverings, Painting, - Roof - Covering And Isolation, Facades, - Door Joinery With A Control Panel, - Internal Sanitary Sewage System, - Internal Water Supply System, - Ventilation And Heating, - Electrical Installation - Tg Board, Internal, 4) The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Purchase And Installation Of Necessary Equipment (Including Sanitary Fittings, Mirror, Changing Table Traffic, Emergency System And Fire Protection, Etc.) In Accordance With The Design Documentation. 5) The Contracting Authority Requires That The Project To Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Technical And Construction Provisions, Polish Standards And Other Applicable Regulations. 6) Note: The Subject Of The Contract Is Only The Construction Of A Sanitary Building With Installations And The First Equipment. Notes: A. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Plan And Carry Out Construction Works Covering The Investment, Taking Into Account The Least Interference In The Remaining Infrastructure Located In A Given Area. If They Are Damaged During The Works, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Reproduce The Existing State. The Investment Will Be Implemented At The Existing And Functioning Urban Market, Therefore The Contractor Is Obliged To Properly Secure The Work Area, So As Not To Disturb The Current Functioning Of The Marketplace And Ensure The Safety Of Users. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Material And Financial Schedule, Which He Will See Required Approval By The Contracting Authority. 11) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Constituting Annexes No. 7 And 8 To Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Made Available By The Contracting Authority Is Only An Auxiliary Element To Calculate The Offer Price.
