Chylońska 237, Including: 1) Developing At Least A 2-War Concept Of Land Development-A Playground At The Nursery, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Functional And Utility Program, Constituting Annex A/1 And The Guidelines Of The Departmental Program Active Playgrounds 2025; 2) Making Complete Design Documentation On The Basis Of The Chosen One Selected And Approved By The Contracting Authority Land Development Together With Obtaining All Opinions, Arrangements, Permits And Other Documents Required By Law, Necessary To Perform The Contract And The Implementation Of As -Built Documentation; 3) Performance Of Works And Works Covering, Among Others Demolition Works, Works Related To Dismantling And Utilization Of Devices, Layout Of The Surface, Work Related To The Device Of Green Areas, Based On Agreed And Approved Project Documentation; 4) Purchase And Assembly Of Small Architecture Facilities, Retrofitting The Playground With Elements Not Related To The Ground, Equipment Providing Shade (If Concerned); 5) Participation In The Control Of The Playground After Performing Works And Works Along With Obtaining A Certificate From An Independent Control Control Of An Independent, Specialized External Control Unit, Confirming The Playground With Pn-En 1176 Or Pn-En Standards 1177; 6) If Necessary, Performing Repair Works According To The Guidelines Contained In The Report On The Control Of The Playground; 7) Participation In The Re-Control Of The Playground In The Event That It Is Necessary To Perform Repair Works Referred To In Point 6; 8) Performing Authors Supervision Over The Performance Of Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of Approved Project Documentation; 9) Providing Warranty Services In The Period Granted Warranty And Warranty.
