1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled Reconstruction Of A Part Of The Building Located In Zdzieszowice At Ul. Św. Anna 21A, Implemented As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Creation Of The Environmental Self -Help House In Zdzieszowice In Accordance With The Terms Of The Order And Project Documentation. The Planned Investment Provides For The Reconstruction Of A Part Of The Building Located In Zdzieszowice At Ul. Mountains Of St. Anna 21A Implemented As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Creation Of The Environmental Self -Help House In Zdzieszowice - Further As Wyd. Construction Works Include The Following Scope Of Work: A) Adaptation Of The Building To The Requirements Of Disabled People, Including The Construction Of Two Toilets Adapted For Disabled People, B) Fire -Free Separation Of Śds Rooms From The Rest Of The Building, C) Building New Sanitary, Electrical And Teletechnical Installations, Air Conditioning Installations, D) Demolishing Partitions, E) Baking New Door Openings With Installation With Installation Lintels And Doors, F) Construction Of Toilets For Men And Women, G) Replacement Of Pvc Floor Coverings And Ceramic Floors In Śds Rooms, H) Construction Of New Partition Walls Made Of G-K Plates On A Steel Grate With A 12 Cm Mineral Wool Filling, And) Replacement Of The Doors In The Śds Rooms, J) Repair Of Internal Wall Plaster, K). Communication, L) Preparation Of Surface And Painting Of Rooms With Washable Paints. 2. The Contractor Will Have An Additional Obligation To Maintain The Principles Of Working In An Active Facility, Which Requires Works After Prior Agreement And Approval By The Ordering Party, Who Recommends Conducting Burdensome Works (I.E. Causing Noise Or Preventing The Work Of The Industry Center Of Skill And The Association Of Disabled People And Not Accepted By The Ordering Party) For The Operation Of The Facility In Hours Outside Its Functioning, I.E. 15:00 To 22:00, As Well As On Saturdays (From 7:00 To 18:00). Particular Attention Should Be Paid To Cleaning After Completing Work, - The Workplace After Completing The Works Must Be Clean At The End Of Each Day Of Work. The Deputy Requires A Detailed Written Plan Of Organizing Works And Securing Rooms, And Equipment Of The Building In The Active Part And Not Covered By Construction Works Related To Its Expansion. In Connection With The Planned Opening Of The Branch Skills Center From September 22-26, 201..2025, The Following Restrictions Are Introduced: A) The Ban On Demolition Works On The Ground Floor Of The Building. It Is Allowed To Perform Works Only In Part B And C Of The Building - In Accordance With Pzt; B) The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove All Materials And Tools From The Area Covered By The Event Before Its Start; C) The Movement Of The Contractors Employees During The Event Must Be Limited To Work Only In Part B And C Of The Building.
