Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Office Supplies And Archiving Materials For The Needs Of The Opole Regional Branch Of Arma And 11 Arma Poviat Offices In The Opolskie Voivodeship

1. The Subject Of The First Part Of The Order Is The Delivery Of Office Supplies To The Opole Regional Branch Of Arma And 11 Poviat Offices Located In The Opolskie Voivodeship. 2. The List Of Assortment, Including A Qualitative Description And Technical Parameters Were Included In Point I.2.1.8. This Chapter Swz And In The List Of Office Supplies Contained In Annex 6 To Swz, In Accordance With The Content Of Annex 2A To The Planned Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Annex 8A To Swz. 3. The Contractor Shall Perform The Contract On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 8A To Swz) And Deliver Office Supplies At His Own Expense And Risk To The Employer Facilities Included In The List Of Delivery Places In The Content Of Annex 1 To The Planned Provisions Of The Contract And Make Them Unloading, Bringing And Settings In Places Indicated By The Head Of The Regional Branch Designated Employee. 4. The Delivery Of Office Supplies Will Be Implemented Within The Time Limit Specified By The Contractor In The Offer Form (Annex 1 To Swz), But Not Longer Than 21 Business Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 5. The Employer Allows The Change In The Number Of Office Supplies Specified In Annex 6 To Swz, Which May Include A Value Not More Than 10% Of The Value Of The Value Of The Basic Contract Value Referred To In § 1 Para. 2 Point 1) Of The Planned Provisions Of The Contract And These Changes Do Not Change The General Nature Of This Contract. 6. Office Supplies Must Be Of High Quality, Factory New, In The Original Packaging And Meet The Requirements Specified In Art. 21 Para. 1 Of The Act Of March 6, 2018, Entrepreneurs Law (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 236, As Amended), Which Provides That The Entrepreneur Introducing Goods On Trading In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland Is Obliged To Place On The Goods, Its Packaging, Its Packaging, Label, Instructions Or To Deliver In A Different, Usually Accepted Way Of Written Information In Polish: 1) Specifying The Company And Its Address, 2) Identification Of The Goods. In The Event Of The Contractor Delivering To A Given Location The Amount Smaller Than The Smaller Unit Of The Collective Packaging Of A Given Goods, The Contracting Authority Withdraws From The Requirement Of The Original Packaging. 7. Office Supplies Must Correspond To The Quality Standards In Force In Domestic Trade For The Purposes For Which They Were Produced And Must Be Covered By A 12-Month Warranty- From The Date Of The Final Protocol Outside: 1) The Calculator, For Which The Contractor Will Grant A Minimum Of 60 Months Warranty, 2) Holes (Up To 30 Cards; Up To 65 Cards), For Which The Contractor Will Grant A Minimum Of 60 Months Warranty, 3) Binding, For Which The Contractor Will Grant A Minimum Of 24 Months Warranty, 4) With A Staple (25-30 Cards), For Which The Contractor Will Grant A Minimum Of 36 Months Warranty.
