The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services Consisting In Providing Access To Facilities And Sports And Recreation Classes As Part Of A Monthly Subscription For Employees And Officers Of The Tax Administration Chamber In Lublin And Subordinate Organizational Units, And Their Children (Applies To Children Up To 15 Years Of Age) And Accompanying Persons. 2.
