1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of Students To Primary Schools In Sztabin And Krasnybora Based On The Purchase Of Monthly Tickets By The Municipality For Transport (Delivery And Transfer) Of Students To Schools In The Commune Of Sztabin In The Period From September 1, 2025 To June 26, 2026 On School Days, Adopting The Organization Of The School Year In Accordance With The Ordinance Of The Minister Of National Education. Towns Of Residence To Schools And Their Release To The Town Of Residence. 3) The Expected Total Monthly Number Of Children And Adolescents Transported To Schools (Current As At The Date Of The Procedure) Is In A Month - 158 Students, Including: - To The Primary School K. Brzostowski In Sztabin - 100 Students; - To The Primary School Siberia In Krasnybor - 58 Students; 4) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 9 To This Specification. 5) The Number Of Tickets Is Forecast And May Change. The Change In The Number Of Tickets During The School Year Will Not Constitute Grounds For Claims By The Contractor As To The Quantity Actually Ordered By The Ordering Tickets In The Course Of Implementation 6) Buses Participating In Delivery Must Correspond To The General Conditions Of The Transport Of Persons, They Must Have Valid Liability Insurance Policies And Current Technical Tests. 7) Buses Used To Perform The Subject Of The Contract May Not Be Produced Before 2000.8) The Service Will Be Provided Using Means Of Transport Meeting The Required Technical Conditions, In A Manner Consistent With Relevant Legal Provisions, Ensuring Maximum Safety, Hygiene And Convenience Of Transported Persons. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract Using Means Of Transport Corresponding To The Requirements Set Out In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502) On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Necessary Equipment. 9) The Contract Contractor Must Provide The Appropriate Number Of Seats For Each Child During Transport. In The Autumn And Winter Period, Vehicles Bringing Children Must Be Heated. 10) The Contractor Must Have The Number Of Drivers Appropriate To Perform The Order, With Drivers Must Have Appropriate Permissions, I.E. A Valid Driving License Category D With Current Tests. 11) The Contractor Is Obliged To Employ A Guardian Who Will Be Entitled To Control The Rights Of The Passage Of Persons Using Contractual Transport And Will Be Responsible For Students Transported From The Moment The Students Enter The Bus Until The Students Leave The Bus At The School Square/At The School Or At The School Or At The Stop In Their Town.
