1. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is To Improve The Energy Efficiency Of Road Lighting In The Łochów Commune. 2. The Order Includes The Replacement Of Existing Lighting Fixtures For Lighting Fixtures With A Led Light Source In The Towns Of Barchów, Jasiorówka, Łojki, Kaliska, Pogorzelec, Gwizdała, The Wheel Arches, Szumin In The Amount Of 345 Pieces, Consisting In The Delivery And Replacement Of Street Lighting Fittings For Led Luminaires 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract For Individual Parts Is Determined By A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is Annex 1 To Swz. 4. On The Above The Task Of The Łochów Commune Was Awarded On 24.06.2025 By Resolution Of The Mazowieckie Regional Assembly Funding In The Form Of Subsidies Under The Mazowsze Program For The Climate. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract With Due Diligence, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Specification Of The Terms Of Termination And His Knowledge And Experience, Maintaining The Highest Professional Level, Quality And Organization Of Work. 6. All Requirements Specified In The Order Documents Are Minimum Requirements, And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Minimum Requirements Will Result In The Rejection Of The Offer As Incompatible With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Public Procurement Law. 7. If The Names, Trademarks, Patent Or Origin, Source Or Special Process Characterizing The Product Or Service Provided By A Specific Contractor, References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Act, If This Could Lead To The Privilege Or Elimination Of Some Contractors Or Products - They Should Be Treated As Examples Of Examples Determining The Standards, Appearance And Technical Requirements. The Employer Allows The Offer Of Parameters Or Equivalent Devices Described In Swz, Provided That They Provide Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Specified In The Tender Documentation. 8. The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions, Is Obliged To Show That The Solution Offered By Him Meets The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority In Chapter Iii Para. 6 Swz. In This Case, The Contractor Attachs To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions. By The Concept Of Equivalent Solutions, The Contracting Authority Understands Such Materials That Have Technical Parameters At Least Equal To Specified In The Tender Documentation. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Swz And The Documents Attached To It, The Submitted Offer, Applicable Standards And Legal Provisions.
