Network Security And Infrastructure Management System (Firewall + Switch + Nac + Services) + Wireless Network (Wifi) -The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Network Infrastructure Devices Of The Wramas Of The Project Cyber -Secured Local Government, I.E.) Conducting Training (Instruction). 2. All Supplied Devices Must Be Brand New, Unused, Unregenerated, Complete, Supplied In The Original Packaging (The Packaging Must Be Intact And Have A Security Used). The Devices Must Be Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects, Technically Efficient And Must Be In Love Of The Authorized Distribution Channel. 3. The Supplied Software Must Be New, Unused, Previously Unsatisfied On Another Device, Supplied With The Latest Stable Version From The Official Distribution Channel Of The Software Manufacturer Not Burdened With The Benefit Of Third Parties. The Software Supplied And All Its Media (If They Occur) Must Be Free Of Physical And Legal Drainage. 4. The Supplied Devices And Software Must Have Adequate Approvals, Certificates, Quality Certificates And Meet The Requirements Of Standards Specified In Applicable Law. 5. As Part Of The Performance Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Services Accompanying The Subject, Such As Transport And Insurance For Transport, Loading And Unloading, As Well As Any Other Service Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Contract, Such As Installation, Implementation And Configuration, Startup, Assembly.
