The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1) The Contractors Provision To The Employer Of The Website, In Accordance With The Requirements And On The Principles Set Out In § 4 Para. 2 Of The Planned Provisions Of The Agreement (Annex 7 To Swz); 2) Renewal By The Contractor Of The Manufacturers Technical Support And Licenses For The Equipment And Software Held By The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Detailed License Conditions Set Out In Annex 15 Of The Planned Provisions Of The Contract (Annex 7 To Swz), In Accordance With The Requirements And On The Principles Set Out In § 4 Paragraph 1 Of The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, While Maintaining Continuity For Previous Periods Of The Manufacturers Technical Support.
