The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Implementation Of Project Documentation In The Field Of The Construction Of The Bridge, Reconstruction Of The Poviat Road Before And Behind The Bridge, Construction Of Pedestrian And Bicycle Routes, Reconstruction Of The Intersection With The Municipal Road, Demolition Of The Existing Bridge, Construction Of A Temporary Footbridge For Pedestrians, And Obtaining Industry Opinions, Arrangements And Administrative Decisions Enabling The Implementation Of The Task And Exercising Original Supervision For Poviat Road 1980D On The Czarna Woda River In Mirosławice. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Together With All The Requirements Set By The Contractor, Including In The Scope Of Art. 95 And Art. 438 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, Was Included In Annex 4 To Swz - Contract (Project) Together With Attachments And Annex 5 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract With Attachments. The Removal Guarantees The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract At A Level Not Lower Than 70% Of The Gross Contractual Value.
