3 (Hereinafter Opz) To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Hereinafter Swz). 2. The Contractor In The Offer Form - In Annex 1 To Swz, Is Obliged To Indicate The Manufacturer/ Software Name/ Software Version/ Delivery Method (Depending On The Requirements Specified In Opz, Annex 1.1. To Swz). It Is Necessary And For The Unequivocal Determination Of The Offered Subject Of The Contract, It Is Required To Indicate Additional Information, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate It, So That There Is No Doubt For The Parties To The Procedure Which The Contractor Offers The Contractor. Reghter In The Offer Of Information Enabling The Unambiguous Identification Of The Offered Product The Employer Considers The Contracting Unforgettable With The Content Of Swz And Rejects The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Act. 3. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Provided By The Contractor Be Complete And Should Be Delivered In The Form Of:- Physical (Box/ Box Version) Or Via Electronic Means Available On The Contractors Side, With The Proviso That The Contracting Authority Will Have Electronic Funds Enabling Them To Be Received, In Particular By Providing Them Via The Software Manufacturer. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Delivered To The Employer At The Risk Of The Contractor And As Part Of The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Of The Contractor. 5. The Contractor Must Offer The Implementation Of The Full Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Swz And Attachments And Cover The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Contractor Will Provide The Subject Of The Contract Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Never Before Registered And Unscrewed. 7. The Provided Subject Of The Contract Cannot Be A Demonstration (Demo), Trial (Trial) And Free (Freeware). The Setting Subject Of The Contract Will Have The Appropriate Legality Certificates In The Form Used By The Manufacturer. 8. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Contract Is: Fourteen [14] Business Days From The Date Of The Contract. 9. The Date Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicated In Point 8 Is The Maximum Date For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor May Indicate A Shorter Date Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, But Not Shorter Than: Seven [7] Business Days From The Date Of The Contract, Point 19.2.2. Swz Is Used.
