The Plan Being The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Made In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular With: 1) The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), Hereinafter Referred To As The Act, 2) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of 8 December 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune Planning In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Excerpts And Extract From It (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758, As Amended), 3) By The Act Of October 3, 2008. On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended), 4) By The Provisions Of Resolution Xii/77/2024 Of The Sławno Commune Council Of December 30, 2024. On The Accession To The Preparation Of The Local General Plan Of The Sławno Commune, 5) Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Employer During The Implementation Of The Contract And The Current Court Case Law Regarding Spatial Development, 6) Other Provisions Resulting From Relevant Legal Acts, Which Are Referred To The Subject Of The Contract, Including Regarding Environmental Protection, Monument Protection, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forest Land, Roads 3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Obligatory Activities Necessary To Draw Up The Plan, I.E. To: 1) Drawing Up A Plan In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended), And In Particular With The Provisions Of Art. 13A, 13B, 13C, 13D, 13E, 13F, 13G, 13I, 13J, 13K, 13M, Which Entered Into Force On September 24, 2023 As Well As Executive Provisions For This Act, Including: A) Preparation Of Formal And Legal Documents (Required By Letters, Notifications, Announcements And Announcements: Public Consultations On The Draft Plan And Other Necessary As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, Messages Regarding The Work Of The Draft Plan, Opinions And Arrangements, And To Cooperate In Conducting The Procedure Of Planning Work Documentation; B) Preparation Of Materials And Letters In Order To Obtain Opinions And Arrangements, Including The Municipal Urban And Architectural Commission, According To The Distribution Of Any Changes Indicated By The Contractor; C) From Arrangements, Repeating The Procedure To The Necessary Extent, If Necessary, If Necessary, Preparing The Content Of Complaints On The Provisions; D) Preparing Relevant Ads For Publications, Among Others In The Press; E) Physical Participation In
