The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Project And Cost Documentation For The Task Entitled Preparation Of Projects Of Local Spatial Development Plans Of The Tuchów Commune - For The Towns: Buchcice, Karwodrza, Łowczów, Meszna Opacka, Trzemesna. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes Completing All Documentation Of Planning Works, Necessary For The Adoption Of Local Plans By The City Council In Tuchów And To Transfer To The Małopolska Voivode In Order To Assess Their Compliance With Legal Provisions, Prepared In Accordance With The Substantive And Formal Legal Status, Especially With The Requirements Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Planning And Spatial Development (Journal Of Laws 2024 Item 3. The Contractor Will Grant The Ordering Party A Written Quality Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Report. 4.
