Transportation Of Students And Children To Schools And Pre -School Departments From The Sietnia Commune, Including: 1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase Of Monthly Tickets Enabling Students To Travel By Public Transport To Schools And From Schools In The Siemyśl Commune, 2) Transport Must Take Place As Part Of Regular Transport Of Passengers In Domestic Road Transport In Accordance With The Road Transport Act. Priority Of Travel For Students With Monthly School Tickets. The Buses Can Be Used By Other People On Commercial Terms As Buses Dispose Of Free Places. 3) The Delivery Will Take Place For Students And Children Attending The Following Institutions: A) Primary School. Wojska Polskiego 11, 78-122 Charzyno 4) The Estimated Number Of Students Transported From Individual Towns Is 140 And Is Valid As At The Date Of Public Procurement And May Change During The School Year. In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 433 Item 4) Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Indicates That The Minimum / Guaranteed / Number Of Tickets Purchased Per Month Is: 100.5) The Contractors Remuneration In A Given Month Will Be Determined Based On The Purchased Number Of Tickets, 6) The Contractor Will Provide Care For The Transported Students Through Constant Presence During The Transport Of Carers On Individual Routes. Directors Of Schools Of Delivery And Transport Hours, Determining The Transport Routes, According To The Schedule Of Classes. 8) Days And Hours Of Service May Change In The Event Of A Change In The Lesson Of Student Lesson Or Organizational Changes Of Institutions. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Service In Such A Way As To Provide Students With The Opportunity To Participate In Classes. 9) In A Justified Case Citing The Temporary Inability To Provide Transport Services, E.G. In The Event Of A Technical Failure Of The Vehicle, The Contractor Undertakes To Substitute A Replacement Vehicle In Place Of A Failure, In Not Longer Than 30 Minutes. (Annex 2A To Swz) And Draft Contract For Part 2 (Annex 2B To Swz). Before Starting The Service, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With Documents Required By The Provisions Of Art. 21 Para. 1-5 Of The Act Of 13 May 2016 On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime And The Protection Of Minors (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1802)-Regarding All Guardians. In The Event Of Care By Persons In Relation To Whom The Contractor Did Not Submit The Abovementioned Documents, The Contractor Will Pay A Contractual Penalty Of Pln 2,500 For Each Case Found. Regardless Of The Contractual Penalty, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Present The Abovementioned Documents.
