The Subject Of The Contract Is A Service Consisting In The Implementation Of The Task, Which Is An Integration And Training Trip For Foster Families And Leading The Family Childrens Home Together With Children And Young People, Including Independent People Staying In Foster Care As Part Of The Project Entitled Support For Deinstitutionalization Of Foster Care In The Pilski Podregion, Implemented Under The European Funds Program For Wielkopolska 2021-2027, Priority 6: European Funds For Greater Poland With A Stronger Social Dimension (Efs+), Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Efs+), Application No. Fewp.06.15-Iż.00-0004/23. • The Subject Of The Contract Is The Organization And Conduct Of Away Integration And Training Workshops On Various Subjects, • Change Of The Environment And Relieving From Daily Duties, • Integration Of People Who Act As A Replacement Parent And Leading The Family Childrens Home And For Children And Adolescents Staying In Foster Care, Including Independent. Each Away Block Will Be Implemented At A Different Time, Taking Into Account Non -Working Days, I.E. Saturday - Sunday (Max. Two Days) .1) Part And Task - And Away Stay) The Topic Of Training Relaxation For Foster Parents - How To Quickly And Effectively Regain Strength - Practical Workshops; B) The Topic Of Training Relaxation For Children And Youth - How To Quickly And Effectively Recover Forces - Practical Workshops; The Order Will Be:- Conducting Presence With The Signatures Of The Training Participants;- Providing All Necessary Training Materials- Also In Electronic Form (Ownership Of Training Participants);- Keeping A Document Confirming The Receipt Of Training Materials By Training Participants;- Submitting The Workshop Schedule To The Contracting Authority Before It Starts To Accept;- Providing Current Information To The Contracting Authority A Given Person And About The Resignation From Participation During Its Duration, Under Pain Of Refusal To Pay For The Training Or Part Of These Persons;- Informing The Participants At The First Meeting About The Co-Financing Of The Project From The European Union Under The European Social Fund And The Implementation Of The Information And Promotional Obligation By Marking The Place Of Conducting The Training And Documentation With Eu Logos Regarding The Program (The Contractor Will Receive From The Contracting Authority (The Contractor Will Receive From The Contracting Authority Up To 10 Days Up To 10 Days After Signing The Contract);- The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For The Safety Of Participants During The Training, Provides Training Conditions In Accordance With The Regulations Of Occupational Health And Safety;- The Contractor Has The Appropriate Persons With Qualifications Appropriate To The Subject Of Training;- The Contractor At The Offered Price Takes Into Account All Costs Necessary To Perform The Contract In Question, Providing The Unit Price For Training For A Given Part Of The Task;- The Contract
