Request for proposals for National Partner - Capacity Building and Implementation of 150 Local Responders (LRs). This collaboration will enable more localized, sustainable, and contextually appropriate humanitarian responses, while increasing access to flexible funding through GCTs and mini-grants. The project covers several states including Gedaref, Kassala, Red Sea, Northern, and River Nile, and aims to ensure effective service delivery through local ownership and strengthened coordination between local actors and NRC.
