Printing T-Shirts for Palestinian Circus with Embroidered-Style Artwork Scope of Services The selected service provider (designer/printer) will be responsible for: · Incorporating visual identity elements and colors of the Palestinian Circus. · Preparing the designs for high-quality printing or embroidery, suitable for cotton T-shirts. · Printing a total of 250 T-shirts, distributed across the 3 designs and colors (exact breakdown to be determined in coordination with PC). · Folding and packaging the T-shirts in a format that fits and functions properly within a vending machine. · Coordinating with PCs communication team to finalize concepts and production details. · Delivering the final product to PC headquarters in Birzeit. TASK 1 Final print-ready artwork for 2-3 designs TASK 2 Printing and Production of 250 T-shirts TASK 3 Packaging suitable for Vending Machine TASK 4 Delivery of packaged T-shirts to PC Technical Requirements · T-shirts must be high-quality cotton, suitable for screen printing or embroidery. · Sizes should include a standard range (e.g., S, M, L, XL, 2XL) to be coordinated with PC. · Final designs must remain visually appealing when the T-shirt is folded inside packaging. · Packaging must be compact and durable, fitting vending machine dimensions. · The embroidery/print area must be limited in size, designed to fit proportionally to the shirt size ensuring the design fits neatly on the shirt without occupying a large surface. The design should be clean, focused, and not overly complex, considering both aesthetic and production constraints. 5.
