Eligibility Of Tenderer: (A) The Minimum Number Of Years Of General Experience Of The Tenderer In The Construction Works As Prime Contractor Or Sub-Contractor Or Management Contractor Shall Be 5 (Five) Years. Years Count Backward From The Date Of Publication Of Ift In The Newspaper. (B) Having Minimum Experience As A Prime Contractor Or Subcontractor Or Management Contractor In The Successful Completion Of At Least 1 (One) Number Of Minimum 3 (Three) Storied Pile Foundation Supports R.C.C. Building Construction Work Including Civil, Sanitary And Internal Electrification Works Of Bdt 12.00 (Twelve Crore) Crore In A Single Contract In Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization Of Bangladesh During Last 5 (Five) Years. Years Count Backward From The Date Of Publication Of Ift In The Newspaper. (C) The Tenderers Shall Have A Minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover During The Last 5 (Five) Financial Years Of Tk. 18.00 (Eighteen) Crore. (D) The Minimum Amount Of Liquid Assets I.E. Working Capital Or Credit Line(S) Of The Tenderers Shall Be Tk. 4.5 (Four Crore Fifty Lac). (E)The Minimum Tender Capacity Shall Be Tk. 14.00 (Fourteen) Crore.
