Commercial offers submitted by tender participants must be valid without changes for at least 90 (ninety) days from the date of their submission. 2. Offers can be submitted for both lots or separately. The supplier will be selected for each lot separately. 5. ICF Alliance for Public Health reserves the right to accept or reject any application in accordance with the documentation and its own Policies and Procedures and to terminate the competition procedure and refuse all applications at any time before the conclusion of the contract, without bearing any responsibility to the participants of the competition. 11.
