    Tenders are invited for Procurement of Prisoners Carrier. 1. The Police Department is inviting bids from eligible bidders of Mauritian nationals or entities incorporated in Mauritiusthrough the Government eProcurement System for the Procurement of Prisoners Carriers. 2. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the eProcurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system: POLICE/IFB/2025/1726. 3. Bids must be submitted online on the eProcurement System at latest by Tuesday 19 August 2025 up to 10.30 hours (Local Time). 4. Bidders who have submitted bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids from Tuesday 19 August 2025from 16.01 hours till Thursday 21 August 2025 up to 10.25 hours. 5. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder onThursday 21 August 2025 at 10.30 hours. Conference Room, Police Tender Unit Line Barracks, Port Louis 6. The Police Departmentreserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of the Contract, without thereby incurring any liability to any Bidder.
