The Scope Of The Contract Includes The Execution Of Construction Works, The Delivery Of The Necessary Raw Materials And Materials Used In The Execution Of The Mechanization, Labor Force, Services And Activities, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Technical Specification, As Well As Activities For Elimination Of Defects Within The Warranty Periods. All Construction Works Must Be Observed In All The Standards And Standards In Force In The Republic Of Bulgaria. The Description Of The Types Of Construction Works Are Indicated In The Table Form In The Application To The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of The Present Instructions For Participation. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Gradually Award The Execution Of Individual Types Of Construction Works By A Contract, Addressed To The Participant, Selected As A Contractor, With Which A Contract For The Award Of The Public Procurement Was Concluded, And Not To Outsource All Types Of Intended Construction Works In The Technical Specification And The Application Thereto.
