Request for proposals for KTRN Drive Test in Kigali City Countrywide Qos Dt Date of bid submission: 8th August 2025 Time: 4PM KT Rwanda Networks Ltd (KTRN) is the 4G LTE infrastructure company in Rwanda, jointly invested by the Government of Rwanda and Korea Telecom (KT) exclusively for the wholesale provision of the universal mobile broadband network in Rwanda using 4G LTE technology. The wholesale network service for mobile broadband will help to promote healthy competition for advanced retail services and solutions and will benefit consumers, enterprises, and the nation in transforming Rwanda into the ICT hub of East Africa. The company also provides wholesale fixed services based on its national wide fiber infrastructure to licensed operators in Rwanda Scope of the work: Kigali. 35 Sectors. Deadline November 25.2025 Outside Kigali district major cities (27) and new canters (70 roads-list attached). Deadline December 30.202 National Roads (NR1-25) Deadline December 30.2025 Distinct Roads (DR 1-109) Deadline December 30.2025 100 Hotspots (in walk test mode-entire compound) (List attached) Other requirements: Use genuine, licensed, and newer version software (Need to know current updated SW and the one you have with their capability in details) Use latest handsets. Need to know and see latest handset.
