Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Spare Parts And Materials For Current Elements, In Connection With The Repair Of Trolleybuses Skoda 26 Tr - Solaris , For The Needs Of Urban Transport Ead In Varna.
The Scope Of This Public Procurement Includes Delivery Of Spare Parts And Materials For Current Elements, In Connection With The Repair Of Trolleybuses Skoda 26 Tr - Solaris , For The Needs Of Urban Transport Ead, Varna, Detailed In The Table Of Technical Specification, Which Is Part Of The Documentation. The Order Will Be Made By Purchase, On A Pre -Made Written Request By The Contracting Authority, For A Period Of 24 (Twenty -Four Months). The Spare Parts And Materials Included In The Scope Of This Procedure Are Necessary To Maintain The Technical Status Of The Mark And The Model Trolleybuses Owned By The Contracting Authority. The Deliveries Will Be Made Under The Terms Of The Concluded Contract, In Accordance With The Requested Types Of Spare Parts And Materials For Current Elements Detailed In The Technical Specification, Which Is Part Of The Documentation On This Public Procurement, As Well As In Accordance With The Attached Drawings Of The Current Elements Included In This Procedure. The Present Procedure For The Award Of A Public Procurement Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With Art. 104, Para. 2 Of The Public Procurement Act And Under The Conditions Of Art. 61, Para. 2, 3 And 4 Of The Pppop, Ie Is Inverted.
