The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Services On The Network And Road Lighting Devices In A Manner Ensuring Technical Efficiency In Accordance With The Current Level Of Technical Knowledge, Due Diligence And Currently Applicable Law, In The Following Scope: A) Inspection Of Lighting Infrastructure, B) Exchange Led - Up To 24 Frames During The Contract. If The Number Of Listed Led Luminaires Exceeds 24 During The Contract, The Employer Will Cover The Cost Of Purchasing The Binding Based On The Invoice/Re -Invoicing Of The Binding, D) Maintaining The Clamping Plates - Fuse Lighting Columns In Technical Efficiency With Preventing Access To Pillar Recesses For Permanent Persons And Replacement Of Damaged Closures Of Pillar Recesses, E) Maintaining Technical Efficiency Of Lighting Fires By Lighting. Replacement Of Their Individual Elements (Chokes, Ignition Systems, Capacitors, Etc.) F) Replacement Of Damaged Supply Cables In Columns And Booms, G) Replacement Of Damaged Elements Protecting Lighting Fittings And Adjustment Of Security For Power Consumption, H) Ongoing Control And Maintenance Of Lighting Switchgears In Good Technical Efficiency By Their Maintenance And Replacement Of Damaged Elements Of The Control Apparatus And Replacement Security Elements, I) Control Of The Correctness Of The Time Of Switching And Off Lighting And Replacement Of Damaged Control Devices Or Entire Control Clocks, J) Renewing And Completing Missing Information Inscriptions On Poles, Lanterns And Control And Security Cabinets, K) Keeping The Luminaires Properly Clean, L) Cutting Branches In The Case When They Cover The Frame, M) - As Part Of The Needs, N) Location Of The Damage To The Cable Line, O) Performing Tests Of The Electrical Network Of The Lighting Line Indicated By The Employer In The Amount Of 6 Quarterly, Along With The Development Of Documentation - Describing The Line Elements And A Review Carried Out In The Passport Of The Lighting Object, In Accordance With The Presented Pattern. The Final Date For Passing Passports Is The Last Working Day Of The Quarter. Available Service Enabling The Complaint And Information About The Incorrect Operation Of The Lighting Network For 7 Days Of The Week And 24 Hours A Day. Connecting Intervention Activities Within 2 Hours Of Reporting By The Ordering Party In Exceptional Situations Such As: A) Road Collision, As A Result Of Which The Lighting Network (Protection Of The Event), The State Of The Network Was Damaged Posing A Threat To The Environment, C) Other Cases Caused, For Example, By The Activities Of The Elements And Third Parties. The Contract Specified In The Draft Is Impossible For Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Contractor, And To Indicate These Reasons. Propolation To The Ordering Party To Remove Malfunction By Notifying Electronically To The Addresses Indicated In The Draft Contract
