The Subject Of The Procedure And Contract Is The Development Of A Local Spatial Development Plan For The Żelechów Commune And The City Of Żelechów, In Accordance With The Resolutions Of The City Council In Żelechów, Which Are Attachments To Sopz Constituting Annex 8 To Swz. Rajemowe Scope Of The Study: A) Preparation Of The Required By The Provisions Of Templates Of All Notifications, Ads, Lists, Statements, Appearances, Resolutions Necessary To Perform The Actions Specified In Art. 17 And 67A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development; B) Drawing Up A List Of An Application To The Plan; C) Presenting The Concept And Obtaining Its Acceptance By The Mayor Of Żelechów; D) Preparing An Ecophysiographic Study; E) Developing An Environmental Impact Forecast; F) Developing A Forecast Of Financial Effects; G) Obtaining A Positive Opinion Of Gkua; H) Obtaining Positive Arrangements And Required Opinions To The Draft Plan From The Competent Authorities Required By The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And Other Special Provisions; I) Developing A Position On Comments Contained In Opinions And Arrangements; J) Making Corrections Resulting From Opinions And Arrangements To The Draft Plan Submitted By Opinions And Reconciliation And Possible Repetition Of Part Of The Procedure; K) Preparation Of The Advertisement, Announcements About The Start Of Public Consultations; L) Introduction Of A Correction To The Draft Plan In Connection With Obtained Opinions And Arrangements Made, M) Preparing A Resolution For Publication In The Official Journal, N) Participation In Activities Necessary For Possible Conformity Of The Mpzp Project With The Law In The Event Of Annulment Of The Resolution By The Voivode; As Part Of Possible Supervisory Proceedings, The Contractor Is Obliged To: O) Edition Of Studies For The Purposes Of Supervisory Proceedings And Participation In The Activities Necessary For The Possible Bringing Of The Mpzp To Compliance With The Law, In The Event Of A Supervisory Resolution Or Annulment Of The Resolution By The Voivode; P) Cooperation In Preparing Response To The Voivodes Letters Related To The Proceedings; Q) Supplementing And/Or Removal Of Indicated Deficiencies, Or Re -Re -Re -Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Extent Necessary To Remove The Irregularities Found; R) Transfer Of Property Copyrights To All Materials Produced As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contracting Authority (As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer.
