The Subject Of The Contract Is: The Renovation Of The Vacancy Of Residential Premises, Which Are In The Administration Of The Department Of Housing Resources Of The Ursynów District Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. It Concerns The Renovation Of Vacancies Of Residential Premises:- In The Building At Ul. Kłobucka 16 M. 7, With A Usable Area Of 49.89 M2;- In The Building At Ul. Kłobucka 18A M. 7, With A Usable Area Of 36.16 M2;- In The Building At Ul. Kłobucka 18B M. 14, With A Usable Area Of 56.89 M2;- In The Building At Ul. Rtm. W. Pileckiego 109 M. 40, With A Usable Area Of 25.5 M2;- In The Building At Ul. Rtm. W. Pileckiego 111 M. 28, With A Usable Area Of 27 M2; - In The Building At Ul. Rtm. W. Pileckiego 111 M. 57, With A Usable Area Of 21.81 M2. The Overall Usable Area Of The Renovated Premises Is 217.25 M2 In Total. The Condition Of The Premises After Renovation Must Enable Them To Settle Immediate Colonization. The Concise Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By:  Proposed Provisions Of The Contract - Annex 2 To Swz;  Technical Documentation, I.E. Opz, Which Is Also Annex 2 To The Contract, Which Includes:  Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 5A Swz,  Technical Specification And Acceptance Of Works - Annex 5B To Swz,  Failure Of Works - Annex 5C To Swz, Obligations Arising From The Social Clause1. The Contracting Authority In The Subject Proceedings Applies A Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Act Of 11 September 2019 Public Procurement Law. 2. The Contractor Undertakes To Ensure That Activities In The Scope Of The Performance Of The Contract For Construction Works, Throughout The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Will Be Performed By Persons Employed Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Labor Code By The Contractor Or Subcontractor. 3. The Condition Referred To In Para. 2 Will Be Met By Employment Under An Employment Contract Of New Employees Or To Designate People Already Employed In The Scope Of The Following Works: Preparatory And Cleaning Works, Demolition Works, Finishing Works, Electrical And Teletechnical Works, Sanitary Works. 4. Detailed Employment Requirements Based On The Employment Relationship, In The Circumstances Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contract Is Concluded In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 2 To Swz And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 5A To Swz.
