The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Modernization Of The Tso Fire Station Building In Rajgród Under The Project Entitled Extension And Increase In The Level Of Rescue Services Provided By The Tso Rajgród Consisting In The Modernization Of The Existing Tso Building In Rajgród. 2. The Scope Of Work Includes, Among Others, One) Ground Floor: - Making A Separate Bathroom For Men, - Modernization Of The Current Bathroom For Women And Disabled Ones, - Making A New Attic Entrance - Enlargement Of The Hole In The Ceiling To The Fire Pipe Of The Downhill Fire Pipe And New Stairs, - Making A New Entrance To The Cloakroom, - Bricking Up The Old Hole With The Location Of The Coat And Painting, - Painting Rooms After Work. Renovation. 2) Attic:-Installation Of Roof Windows,-Execution Of A New Bathroom And Auxiliary Rooms,-Making A Floor Structure With Its Sound Insulation,-Arrangement Of Osb Plate And Floor Panels,-Roof Insulation, G-K,-Spatulation,-Spatulation,-Painting. Rainwater Tanks Under Drain Pipes And Water Management To Green Areas,-Making A Cobblestone Band,-Hardening Of The Area. And Radiators, 7) Supply And Installation Of A 10Kw Solar Installation, 8) Modernization And Implementation Of Electrical And Lighting Installations, Including Emergency Lighting; Transfer Of The Cable Connector; 9) Execution Of Lightning Protection Installation. 10) Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery, 11) Installation Of Luxfer In 2 Windows On The Eastern Wall, 12) Washing And Painting The Facade. 13) Transfer Of The Cable Connector From The Existing Switchgear In The Garage Of The Building To The Designed Cable Connector (A Fence Of The Building 14) Delivery And Installation Of A New Counter. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete All Formalities Related To It, Including Obtaining All Arrangements From The Relevant Energy Company.15) Assembly Of The Information Board In The Place Indicated By The Employer During The Works, And Its Hanging In The Destination After The End Of The Works. The Board Is Provided By The Contracting Authority. 3. Pursuant To Art. 100 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law In The Case Of Contracts Intended For The Use Of Natural Persons, Including The Employers Employees, The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Shall Be Prepared, Taking Into Account The Requirements In The Scope Of Availability For Disabled People And Design For All Users. This Order Includes The Requirements Of The Disabled During The Design. The Project Does Not Provide For Any Architectural Barriers, But Assumes The Performance Of, Among Others Modernization Of Bathrooms By Adapting To The Needs Of Disabled People. 4. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Terms Of The Implementation Is Determined By Technical Documentation, Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Bill Of Quantities - Annex 9 To Swz, While The Bill Of Quantity Is An Auxiliary Document For The Valuati
