Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of A Multi -Family Building In The Iława Commune

4.1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Multi -Family Residential Building Together With Technical Infrastructure And Land Development In Dziarna (Iława Commune), Journal Of Laws No. 55/11 (Separated From Plot No. 55/10) Dziarzy (0006), Required Finishing Works Of Premises And The Designed Green Area. The Purpose Of The Subject Of The Contract Is To Create 42 New Residential Premises Made In Accordance With A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Project Documentation. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Design Documentation Can Be Found In Annex 8 And 8A.4.1.2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged Under This Order To Include In The Valuation And Implementation Of Works, Services And Supplies Resulting From Full Project Documentation, In Particular Technical And Executive Projects, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Other Documents Constituting Annex 8 To Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Made Available By The Ordering Party Is An Auxiliary For The Preparation Of An Offer And Estimating Its Price. With A Flat -Rate Nature Of Remuneration, Provided By The Contracting Authority, The Bill Of Quantities Should, In Principle, Be Used Only As Information And Auxiliary Material To Develop And Estimate The Offer (With The Case When Some Elements Of The Order Do Not Result From Documentation And Were Introduced In The Pre -City - Should Be Included In The Valuation). It Is Unacceptable To Selective Treatment Of Any Of The Elements Of Documentation That Should Be Treated As Mutually Complementary And Constituting An Integral Part Of All Documentation. The Completed Object, Which Is The Subject Of The Contract, Will Have To Obtain An Energy Certificate (With A Report From Thermal Examination) Ep Energy Efficiency [Kwh/M2 X Year] ≤ 52 (Smaller Or Equal). All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Constitute Minimum Requirements, And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above The Minimum Requirements Will Result In The Rejection Of The Offer As Incompatible With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp.4.1.3 Act. The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out Work In Consultation With The Ordering Party In A Safe Manner, As Low As Possible For Residents And Users Of Neighboring Plots, Within Which Works Will Be Carried Out, Enabling Free Use Of Areas Adjacent To The Area Where The Order Will Be Carried Out. 4.2. The Scope Of The Order Must Also Include (On The Part Of The Contractor) In Particular: 1) Performance Of Expertise, Tests, Analyzes And Opinions, Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Contract, 2) Performing Trials, Regulations - Including Those In Accordance With The Dnsh Formula - Principles Of Not Doing Significant Damage To The Environment (To No Significant Harm) Min.
