The Subject Of The Contract Is The Comprehensive Supply Of Gas Fuel In The Form Of High -Mannas With Symbol E, Up To 4 Gas Collection Points, For The Needs Of Facilities Owned By The Rzeszów Regional Development Agency S.A. Located In The Ppn-T Aeropolis In Jasionka. The Propagated Demand For Gas Fuel During The Period Of The Contract Is: 2,360,228 Kwh. Protaid Consumption Is Only Used To Compare Offers And In No Case Is The Contracting Authority To Buy Gas In The Given Amount. The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim For Not Collecting The Expected Amount Of Gas Fuel During The Contract. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Volume Of Deliveries. Settlement Of Obligations Resulting From The Sale And Distribution Of Gas Fuel Will Take Place On The Basis Of Actual Indications Of Measuring And Billing Systems. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By Attachments To Swz, I.E. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Swz, I.E. Relevant Provisions Of The Contract.
