Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Hotel And Gastronomic Services And Providing Workshop Rooms For The Needs Of Organizing Activities In The Project Society -Coordinated Pre And Adoption Post Support.

1) Part I - Provision Of Hotel And Catering Service And Providing Workshop Rooms With Equipment For The Needs Of The Organization Of 2 Conventions As Part Of A Therapeutic Stay For Children With Developmental Difficulties And Their Adoption Families (Terms: November 15 - 16 2025 (I Congress), November 29-30, 2025 (Ii Congress) And A Maximum Of 12 Adopted Children (Up To About 9 Years Old) And 9 People Running A Stay. The Service Includes:  Providing Accommodation, I.E. 1 Night For A Maximum Of 33 People - In Family Rooms (For Families With Children) And In Single/Double Rooms For Single Use (For Specialists) During Each Of The Two Conventions, I.E. In Total: - 66 Nights (I.E. For Adults (21 People X 1 Night X 2 Conventions During The Stay) And 24 Nights For Children (12 Children X 1 Night X 2 Conventions During The Stay);  Ensuring Food, I.E. 2 Lunch, 1 Dinner, 1 Breakfast, 2 Mini Buffins With Snacks For A Maximum Of 33 People, During Each Of The Two Conventions, I.E. In Total: - 66 Breakfast (I.E. For Adults (21 People X 1 Breakfast X 2 Conventions) And 24 Breakfasts For Children (12 Children X 1 Breakfast X 2 Conventions);- 132 Dinners (I.E. 84 Dinners For Adults (21 People X 2 Dinners X 2 Congresses) And 48 Dinners For Children (12 Children X 2 Dinners X 2 Conventions);- 66 Dinners (I.E. Conventions) And 24 Dinners For Children (12 Children X 1 Dinner X 2 Conventions);- 132 Mini Buffets (I.E. 84 Mini Buffets For Adults (21 People X 2 Mini Buffets X 2 Conventions) And 48 Mini Buffets For Children (12 Children X 2 Mini Buffets X 2 Conventions);  Providing 2 Lecture Rooms That Freely Contain All Persons Participating In The Turnus Laptop, Sound System And A Flipchart Board And Chairs, Available Throughout The Duration Of The Conventions;  Sharing 8 Training Rooms/Workshop/Rooms - For The Purposes Of Therapy, Available Throughout The Duration Of The Conventions;  Sharing 1 Room/Play Room For Children, Housing At Least 12 Children Equipped With A Carpet/Liner;  Exercises, Adapted To Gymnastics;  Providing An Internal Pool (Dimensions At Least 5 M X 7 M With A Depth That Allows You To Conduct Classes For Children Who Are Unable To Swim, I.E. With A Designated Zone For Non -Flowering) To The Implementation Of Hydrotherapy Classes Available For The Participants Of The Stay For 2 Hours A Day Between 9:00 And 17:00, Every Day Of The Turnus. It Was In The Hotel Where The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented. The Vicinity Of The Hotel, During Each Of The Conventions. The Minimum Value Of The Contract Will Constitute 40% Of The Maximum Order Value.
