1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Deliveries Entitled Kitchen Equipment. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is Described In Detail In Annex 3 To Swz.3. Subject Evidence: In Order To Confirm That The Offered Delivery Corresponds To The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In Annex 3 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Requests The Submission Of The Evidence Together With The Offer - Annex 6 To Swz - The Form Of The Equipment Offered. If The Contractor Has Not Submitted The Said Means Of Evidence Or The Submitted Means Of Evidence Is Incomplete, The Contracting Authority Will Call For Its Submission Or Supplementing Within The Prescribed Period. 4. The Some Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Contract Specified In Annex 3 To Swz Are Minimal Requirements. The Employer Allows The Subject Of The Subject Of The Order With Better Parameters. 5. The Offered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unpopular, Complete And After Installation To Be Ready For Operation, Without Any Additional Purchases And Investments. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Fully Functional, It Must Be Free From Material, Construction, Physical And Legal Defects, It Cannot Be Charged With Any Rights To Third Parties. 6. If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Include The Names Of The Manufacturers, They Are Used To Determine The Desired Standard Of Order Processing. The Contractor May Offer An Equivalent Subject Of The Contract Corresponding To At Least The Parameters Of The Indicated Equipment7. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Accompanied By Relevant Documents (Including Certificates, Declarations, Approvals) Indicating The Fulfillment Of All Relevant Standards And Guidelines, The Abovementioned The Equipment Should Be Met Before Allowing It To Be Used As Well As Warranty Cards And User Manuals In Polish. 9. The Contractor Undertakes To Bear The Costs Of Transport, Unloading, Bringing, Assembly And Insurance Until The Contracting Authority Is Received. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Launch And Check The Correct Operation Of The Equipment And Train Employees Of The Ordering Party In The Field Of Use And Operation Of Equipment. 10.
