The Existing Reactor And The Inability To Rebuild The Existing Technological System, The Task Assumes The Use Of Available Other Cubic Instead, Changing The Technological Process Assuming Reduced Efficiency And Effectiveness Limited By The Existing Volume. The Task Involves Conducting Intervention Works Consisting In The Assembly Of Existing And Borrowed Devices Of New Ones, In New Locations And Do Not Require A Building Permit And Notification Of Construction Works, Which Due To The Existing Situation Of The Treatment Plant Will Improve The Ecological Effect In A Short Time. The Commission Provides For Launching An Existing Retention Reservoir As A Temporary Reactor Working In Sbr Flow Technology And A Balanced Retention Reservoir Of Excess Sewage, Use Of The Existing 1St Degree Pumping Station, Sopiasclaster, 2 -Degree Pumping Station, Sludge Stabilization And Drainage Installations And Blowers Station In An Identical Technological Function. The Reactor Will Be Equipped With Other Necessary Devices, Borrowed, Along With The Control System. Pollution Expressed By The Bzt5, Chzt And Total Suspension Indicator To The Level Of Permissible Standards (Without Removing Biogenic Compounds) To The Flow Of 500M3/Day And Reduction Of These Pollution By 50% To 60% To The Border Flow Of 800M3/Day. Excess Sewage Will Be Collected In The Existing Earth Reservoir And After Its Filling, Discharged Directly To The Receiver As Diluted Rainwater. At The Stage Of Implementation, The Technological Concept Of The Proposed Solution Should Be Prepared. The Assumed Period Of Operation Of The Temporary Installation Is 3 Years, But It Cannot Be Completed Earlier Than Until The Reconstruction Of The Sewage Treatment Plant Is Rebuilt.
