1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Delivery Of Food For The Local Government Kindergarten In Szczerców In The Assortment Specified In Annex 2-Assortment And Price Form, Divided Into Parts: Part 1-Dry And Other Food Products (Cpv Code: (15400000-2, 15800000-6) Part 2-Ryeted Fish, Vegetables And Frozen Fruit (Code Cpv: 15221000-3, 15220000-6, Cpv: 15331170-9) Hi 3-Vegetables And Fruits, Eggs (Cpv Code: 15300000-1, Cpv: 03142500-3) Part 4-Meat And Meat Products (Cpv Code: 15110000-2, Cpv: 15130000-8) Part 5 (Cpv: 15811000-6) Part 6-Cpv: 15500000-3). Despite The Due Diligence, Due To The Nature Of The Conducted Activity - The Right To Implement The Changed Number Of Individual Articles Will Depend On The Needs Of The Needs Reported During The Contract And Will Be Settled According To The Unit. The Act On Nutrition And Food Safety And Regulations On Its Basis; 2) Each Product Will Be Implemented In Accordance With The Quality Standards Of Ghp, Gmp Or Haccp; 3) Each Product Delivered Should Be The First Class, Compatible With The Polish Standard; 4) At Each Request Of The Contracting Authority, The Contractor Is Obliged To Show An Appropriate Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Standard In Relation To Each Product; 5) The Supplied Food Must Have The Decision Of The State Poviat Sanitary Inspectorate Confirming The Fulfillment Of The Conditions For Hygienic Transport Of Specific Products (Food Products, Vegetables, Fruit, Eggs, Meat And Sausages, Etc.) Each Pack Of Individual Product Must Contain The Following Data: 1) The Name Of The Food, 2) Data On The Ingredients Found In The Food, 3) Date Of Minimum Durability Or Shelf Life, 4) Identification Data Of The Food Manufacturer, 5) Data Identifying The Country In Which The Food Is Produced, 6) Net Content Or Number Of Food In Packaging, 7) Storage Conditions, If Its Quality Depends On The Storage Conditions, 8) Designation Of The Production Party, 9) Commercial Quality Class.
