The Provision Of Assistant Services As Part Of The Project Home Teleopieki Program -Senior Policy Support Program And People With Disabilities For 5 People With A Significant Or Moderate Degree Of Disability From 18 Years Of Age. The Assistant Service Includes Supporting People With Disabilities In Performing Basic Everyday Activities, Necessary For Active Social, Professional And Educational Functioning Of People With Disabilities, In Particular: Under To The Doctor, To Service Points And Other Public Places And Assist In These Places;-Spending Time, Including Support During Cultural, Sports And Recreational Activities, E.G. Translation Into Sign Language;-Support In Movement;-Support During Educational Classes And In The Learning Process; -Itanicity Facilitating Communication With The Environment In The Case Of Deaf People, Or Helping The Disabled In Physical Activities Impossible To Perform Independently At The Workplace Or In Search Of Work. Assistant Services Being The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed On Business Days, As Well As On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays From 6.00 To 22.00. For 1 Hour Of The Assistant Service, A Time Of 60 Minutes Is Taken. The Contractor Will Ensure That The Services Providing Services Will Apply Health Safety Principles According To The Provisions In Force During The Period Of Service, And In Particular They Will Use Personal Protective Equipment, I.E. Disposable Masks, Protective Gloves And Disinfectants. And The Hourly Range Will Depend On The Personal Situation Of The Person Using The Service. The Detailed Scope And Dimension Of The Services Rendered Will Be Accepted By The Participants Of The Project And The Person Providing Assistant Services. For One Task (5Os. * 25H * 14 Months), The Ordering Party Reserves That The Number Of Hours Given Is A Maximum Amount That Can Be Reduced Due To What The Contractor Will Not Have The Right To Any Claims In This Respect.
