1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Along With The Successive Delivery Of Food Products For The Needs Of The Kindergarten Canteen No. 9 In Zakopane Located At Ul. Chramci 27 In Zakopane. The Scope Of The Order Includes 6 Parts: Part 1 - Delivery Of Bread - Range Of Assortment: 1 Yogurt Grandmother Pcs. 1009 Shepherd Bread Cut Pcs. 10010 Wheat -Life Bread 0.6 Kg Pcs. 30011 Mountain Bread Pcs Jagoda Small Pcs The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Products. In The Event Of An Equivalent Assortment, The Contractor Is Obliged To Show That The Product He Offers Meets The Requirements Set By The Employer. To Confirm Compliance With The Requirements, The Contractor Will Submit To The Offer The Specification Of The Equivalent Product Offered By The Contractor Which Is To Contain Specified Characteristics, Confirming The Compliance Of The Offered Assortment With The Assortment Described By The Contracting Authority (E.G. Composition, Weight, Weight, Etc.) 1.2. The Employer Informs That The Number Of Foods Given Above Is Estimated And May Decrease During The Order. The Employer Will Pay For Actually Ordered Amounts Of Products At Unit Prices Given In The Offer. 1.3. The Employer Reserves That The Scope Covered By A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract With The Species And Quantitative Categorization Presented In The Specification (Offer Form) And In The Contractors Offer Is Approximate Amounts That May Change (Reduce Or Increase) During The Contract. The Contracting Authority Provides The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Up To 50% Of The Total Gross Contractual Remuneration. The Employer Reserves The Right To Make Orders In The Field Of Individual Generic And Quantitative Categories Depending On Its Own Needs Regardless Of The Amount Of Assortment Given In The Contractors Offer, Provided That The Total Gross Contractual Amount Is Not Exceeded And Taking Into Account The Values Of Unit Prices That Are Flat -Rate. The Contractor In This Respect, As Well As In The Event Of A Reduction Of The Quantity, Will Not Claim Any Claims From The Contracting Authority. The Contractors Are Not Entitled To Compensation Claims Against The Contracting Authority For Reducing The Order. 1.4. The Contractor Is Responsible For Quality, Compliance With The Technical And Qualitative Conditions Of The Subject Of The Contract As Well As Compliance With Appropriate Standards. 1.5.
