The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Project And Cost Documentation Together With The Preparation And Obtaining Of The Necessary Documents Provided For In Applicable Laws To Obtain Permission To Perform The Investment Entitled: Expansion Of The Road Located On Journal Of Laws 1777 The Documentation Should Be Developed In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Technical Specification) Constituting Annex 7 To Swz. Existing State: A) In The Existing State The Road Is Located On Registration Plots No. 1777 And 321/4, Rev. 1 In Wieliczka Owned By The Wieliczka Commune And In The Area Of The Intersection With The Municipal Road 560771K (Ul. Jasna In Wieliczka) On Plot No. 1776/1 1 In Wieliczka, Owned By The Wieliczka Commune; B) A Non-Public Road (Internal Municipal, According To The Purpose Of The Local Plan 57Kdd); C) Partly Bituminous Surface And Partly Tarwa Surface With A Variable Width Of About 3-5M; D) Partly The Road Runs In A Significant Slope Of Variable Width; G) No Parking Bays; H) Road Lighting - Exists On A Fragment; I) Numerous Technical Infrastructure In The Road Lane, Both Underground And Overhead And Fences; J) The Area Partly Runs Into A Landslide. Designed: 1) Expansion/Construction Of The Road To The Parameters Of The Municipal Road Of The Class D, One -Way Two -Way. Investment Section Approx. 500 M; 2) Roadside From Aggregate; 3) Construction Of A One -Sided Pavement; 4) Construction Of Bay/Parking Bays (One Of The Variants Should Take Into Account Parking Spaces For Passenger Vehicles, Including For People With Disabilities); 5) Construction Of Dehydration Devices Of The Road Body (Using Retention), Including Prefabricated Sewage, Rainwater Sewage (On The Entire Road) (On The Entire Section Of The Road) Along With The Drainage Of Water To Existing Water Receivers (Ditches, Rainwater Sewage System, Etc.); 6) Construction Of A Technological Channel In Accordance With Art. 39 Para. 6 Of The Act Of March 21, 1985. On Public Roads (Journal Of Laws 2025 Item 2641). If The Exemption From The Obligation To Build A Technological Channel Is Not Reached By The Decision Of The Minister Competent For Computerization; 7) Reconstruction Of Conventions; 8) Reconstruction Of Intersections With Public Roads (Intersection With Jasna Street); 9) Reconstruction /Construction Of All Colliding Technical Infrastructure And Utilities Network (Especially, Including Sanitary Sewage Networks, Water Supply, Water Electricity, Gas,), If It Results From The Conditions Of The Owners Of The Device. When Submitting An Application For Relevant Conditions, The Content Of Art. 39 Para. 5 And Further Applicable Act On Public Roads, Which Obliges The Owner Of The Infrastructure Placed In The Road Lane And Conflicting With A Road Investment, To Translate It At His Own Expense (Regardless Of The Date Of Its Placement).
