1 Neighborhood Services Include Help And Support For The Participant In The Basic Activities Of Everyday Life, Such As: Cleaning The Apartment, Shopping, Delivery Min. One Warm Meal Or Preparing Meals; Help In Consuming Meals; Maintaining Household Appliances For The Participant In The Project; Keeping Sanitary Equipment And Devices Clean; Washing; Caring For Cleanliness For The Purity Of Clothing; Smoking In The Oven And Bringing Fuel; Maintaining Cleanliness In The Rooms Used By The Project Participant; Scope Of Care Services: Morning And/Or Evening Toilet; Change Of Personal Underwear; Change Of Bedding; Help In Dealing With Physiological Needs; Help In Taking Medications; Settlement Of Life Matters: Arranging Medical Visits, Prescription Implementation; Organizing And Realizing Walks; Maintaining Individual Interests, Organizing Neighborly Contacts; Dealing With Official Matters; Keeping Records Of Expenses And Settling With The Participant From The Money Spent; Informing Loved Ones Or Relevant Services About Urgent Needs Or Deterioration Of Health; Other Necessary For Life.- Services Being The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Performed On Business Days, As Well As On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays From 6.00 To 22.00. - For 1 Hour Of The Service, It Is Assumed To Be 60 Minutes.* Planned Number Of Hours Under Part 1: 7 People And 20 Hours Of Service Per Month Per 1 Person, 14 Months Of Service Provision. In Total, Part 1 Is Planned To Be Provided 1960 Hours Of Providing The Service As Part Of The Order.* Place Of Order Performance: Podlasie Voivodeship.
