1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Conduct Of Microbiological Bioremediacation In Situ Of The Zajączek Water Reservoir Located In The Commune Of Łask On Plots Of Land No. 253, 254, 255, 256.257 Precinct 10 Favors And Plots Of Land No. 2/9, 1/1 Area 13 Favors. The Scope Of The Order Includes A Preliminary Analysis Of Water And Bottom Sediments, Preparation And Delivery Of Preparations For Biological Remediation, Conducting Biological Preparations For Water In The Tank, Conducting Verification Tests. 2) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Carry Out Min. 4 Of The Preparation Applications - 2 Applications By 30.09.2025, 2 Applications During The Warranty Period. The Work Of The Work Is To Improve Natural Conditions, Minimize Bottom Sediments And Improve The Retention And Recreational Function Of The Reservoir. 3) The Biological Remediation Should Be Understood As A Set Of Properly Selected Actions Leading To The Improvement Of The Tanks Condition, Reconstruction Of Ecological Potential And Reducing Or Liquidation Of Effects Affecting The Pollution Of The Aquatic Environment Without Involving Chemicals, Synthetic, Detergents, Coagulants, Preparations Based On Chlorine, Oxygen Activators, Sorbers Or Devices. Mechanical. A) Reduction Of Organic Bottom Sediments By An Average Of At Least 30% Without The Use Of Mechanical Devices And Chemicals, B) An Increase By A Minimum Of 20% Water Transparency (On Average From At Least Three Measuring Points In The Water Reservoir), C) Increasing The Concentration Of Oxygen Dissolved In Water, In Particular In The Bottom Zone At Least 20% (On Average From At Least Three Measuring Points In The Water Reservoir), D), D), D) Liquidation Of Putreneal Odds From The Tank Within 3 To 5 Days Of The Completion Of Application Work. 6) The Biological Preparations Used Must Have A Certificate Along With The Results Of Toxicological Examinations, Confirming The Safety Of Used Preparations For Ichthyofauna, Including Safety For Icry And Hatching. The Above Certificate, Together With The Research Performed, Should Be Issued By Dedicated Scientific And Research Centers. The Preparations Used Must Have Appropriate Veterinary Identification Numbers Or Other Certificates, Approvals, Certificates. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Preparation Characteristics Cards. Each Preparation Used Should Have The Manufacturers Label.
