1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Multi-Branch Design And Cost Documentation For The Construction Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In Słubice With Accompanying Infrastructure And Land Development On The Plot With Evident Number 85/3 Obtaining A Building Permit And Obtaining A Decision On Building Permits And Conducting Authors Supervisors. 2. The Area Where The Pszok Is To Be Designed Is Not Covered By The Local Spatial Development Plan, Therefore The Subject Of The Contract Is Also To Obtain A Decision To Determine The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment. 3. The Contracting Authority Has The Opinion Of The Mayor Of Słubice About The Lack Of The Need To Obtain A Decision On Environmental Conditions. 4. When Designing Pszok, The Need To Install Renewable Energy Installations, A Video Control System And Land Lighting Should Be Taken Into Account. 5. The Employer Will Apply For A Subsidy To Finance The Construction Of The Selective Waste Collection Point From The National Health Fund. Therefore, The Contractor Is Required To Include The Elements And Requirements Necessary To Obtain A Subsidy For The Implementation Of The Task In The Design Documentation. Currently, There Is No Ongoing Call For Applications For Co -Financing Of Construction, Expansion Or Modernization Of Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points (Pszok). Therefore, When Completing The Order, The Requirements Contained In The Recruitment Of Applications From Previous Years Should Be Followed. 6. An Additional Description Of The Order Is Included In Attachments To Swz. 7. The Order Is Not Divided Into Parts. This Is A Homogeneous Order With A Low Order Value.
