The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of Complete Project Documentation For The Investment Task Entitled: Project Documentation For The Replacement Of Heating Source At The Agricultural School Complex Center For Continuing Education In Czernichów Together With Obtaining A Building Permit Decision, Effective Entries Of Intention To Carry Out Construction Works, Authors Supervision, As Well As Providing Explanations And Answers To The Contracting Authorities During The Tender Procedure For Construction Works. Conservation Protection: Part Of The Buildings Is Located In The Former Court Complex In Czernichów And Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under The Number A-589M (Former Registry Number A-487) Based On The Decision Of 17.04.1984 And Some Are Located In The Conservation Area. The Decision On The Above Entry Together With The Map Was Attached To The Tender Documentation. Description Of The Existing State: The Buildings Included In The Agricultural School Complex Of The Continuing Education Center In Czernichów Are: Exercise/Educational Veterinary Clinic Occupational Therapy Workshops Regional Chamber Bud. Economic (3Rd)-Barn With The Function Of The Stable Teachers House Dormitory Building With A Canteen And A Sports Hall School Building-Uss. F. Stefczyk And The Boiler Room Building Supporting The Above Buildings. Objects Are Characterized By A Very Diverse Demand For Heat Energy. The Purpose Of This Investment Is To Modernize The Energy Supply System For Heating And Hot Water. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 11 To Swz - Draft Contract And In Annex 10 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz).
