Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of The Services Of A Mobile Physiotherapist

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Mobile Physiotherapist Services, Supporting Health Prevention, Improvement Of Health And The Activity Of People Who Have A Medical Indication To Conduct Physiotherapy At Home Involving Exercises, Manual Therapy, Functional Therapy, Education And Training. The Service Is Addressed To The Inhabitants Of The City Of Starachowice, Who Are Over 60 Years Old, Adults With A Disability Certificate, As Well As Actual Carers Under The Project No. Fesw.09.04 -Iz.00 - 0005/23 Pn. Social Starachowice-Development Of Services Provided By Cus Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Efs+) Under The Regional Program European Funds For Świętokrzyskie For 2021-2027.2. The Services Will Be Provided At The Participants Place Of Residence In The City Of Starachowice. 3. The Planned Number Of Services During Their Provision Is 2,454 Hours, I.E. On Average 164 Hours A Month. 4. The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce The Subject Of The Contract To 30% In Relation To The Size Specified In Point 3 Due To The Above Restriction Of The Contractor, No Claims Shall Be Entitled (Performance Of The Contract At 70%). 5.
