Tenders Are Invited For Successive Supplies Of Granite Grits To The Poviat Roads Board In Hajnówka In Connection With The Implementation Of Investment Tasks On Poviat Roads No. 1480B And 1605B.
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Granite Grits Of The Following Fractions- 2/4 Mm Fraction- 403 Ton- 8/11 Mm Fraction- 483 Tons Of 16/22 Mm Fraction- 806 Tons (1 Ton = 1 Mg) 2. The Aggregate In Question Will Be Used To Make The Surface (By Surface Consolidation Method) Rebuilt Sections Of Poviat Roads. As Part Of This Order, The Following Tasks Will Be Performed:- Reconstruction Of Poviat Road No. 1480B On The Section Trzeziówka -Soce- Dawidowicze, Commune Of Narew- Reconstruction Of Poviat Road No. 1605B On The Section Koźliki-Stupniki To The Border With The Bielsk Podlasie Poviat3. The Above -Mentioned Amounts Of Aggregate Are Estimated Amounts. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Increase Or Reduce The Amount Of Aggregate Depending On The Needs, Provided That You Have Financial Capacity, After Prior Agreement With The Contractor. Reducing The Number Of Deliveries Cannot Be The Basis For Claims On The Part Of The Contractor. 4. Aggregate Should Be Clean, It Cannot Be Polished, It Cannot Contain Admixtures Of Adverse Materials Such As: Metal, Plastic, Wooden, Clay Waste. In The Event Of A Aggregate For Inadequate Quality (I.E. Not Meeting The Requirements Specified In The Above -Mentioned Standards), The Contractor Was Replaced At His Own Expense Within 2 Days From The Date Of Notification By The Contracting Authority Along With Taking The Delivered Party Not Meeting The Requirements. 5. The Delivered Grit Fractions Must Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En 13043: 2004 Aggregate For Bituminous And Surface Mixtures Used On Roads, Airports And Other Surfaces Intended For Traffic. 6. The Contractor Will Provide The Aggregate In Question, Each Time At The Written Request Of The Managing On The Date Indicated In The Offer. The Place Of Delivery Will Be The Seat Of The Ordering Party-I.E. 17-200 Hajnówka, Ul. Bielska 41 Or Place Indicated By The Ordering Party Located In The Hajnów Poviat. The Quantity Of A One -Off Delivery Of Aggregate Will Determine The Contracting Authority Together With The Contractor. 7. In Order To Confirm The Compliance Of The Offered Supplies With The Requirements, The Features Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Should Attach To The Offer A Declaration Of Functional Properties Or The Results Of Laboratory Tests Of The Offered Aggregate Confirming The Fulfillment Of Qualitative Requirements In Accordance With Applicable Standards Or Technical Specifications. 8. The Offered Price Is A Flat -Rate Price, I.E. It Will Take Into Account The Cost Of Aggregate, Its Transport And Discharge, As Well As All Other Costs Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract. 9. Aggregate Deliveries Will Be Received In Hours. 7.00-15.00 By A Person Authorized By The Ordering Party. A Report Signed By The Contracting Authority And The Contractor Will Be Prepared For The Delivery Of The Delivery. 10. Payment For The Delivered Delivery Will Be Based On A Correctly Issued Invo
