1. Type Of Order: Delivery. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Successive Delivery Of Personal Protective Equipment For The Needs Of Organizational Units Of The University Of Life Sciences In Wrocław. 3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Successive Delivery Of Personal Protective Equipment, Including: Minn Masks, Gloves, Protectors, Aprons, Caps For Cathedrals And Clinics Of The University Of Life Sciences In Wrocław. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Can Be Found In: Document Entitled: Spreadsheet, Constituting Annex 1A To Swz.5. The Amounts Given In The Spreadsheet Are Estimated. Deliveries Of Articles Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party According To Unit Prices Provided By The Contractor In A Spreadsheet. 6. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Resign From Part Of The Subject Of The Contract Up To 20% Of The Gross Value Of The Contract Specified In §5 Para. 1 Of The Contract, The Contracting Authority Undertakes To Buy Personal Protective Equipment, In The Amount Of At Least 80% Of The Gross Contract, As Specified In § 5 Para. 1 Of The Contract. In Such A Situation, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Employer. The Resignation Provided For In The Above Paragraph Will Cause An Appropriate Change In The Final Value Of The Remuneration Due To The Contractor. 7.
