3 2. The Ordering Party Has The Implemented Erp Teta Edu System (Whose Producer Is Unit4 Polska Sp.Z O.O.) Expanded With The Functionality Of The Erp Teta Me System (Also Producer Unit4 Polska Sp.Z O.O.), Used To Handle Remote Work (Working Time Reports, Inventing, Records, Integration With Payrolls), Reporting Of The State Of Vacation And The Schedule Of Time, As Well Work/Graphic Designers In An Equivalent System. Erp Teta Me Also Has The Functionality Of Creating Employee Applications And Statements. As Part Of This Order, The Employer Requires The Expansion Of Erp Teta Me With The Following Modules And Functionalities Along With The Adaptation Of The Availability Of Implemented Applications To The Wcag 2.1 Aa Level, Within The It Environment Already Used By Erp Teta Edu And Erp Teta Me: A Erp. A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1 To Swz Pn. Description Subject Of The Order. 7. The Contractor Must Offer The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Employer, Specified In Swz And Its Attachments. The Contractors Offer Must Be Unambiguous And Comprehensive, I.E. In The Event Of An Intention To Perform The Subject Of The Contract With The Participation Of Subcontractors, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In Its Offer Part Of The Contract (Material Ranges), Which He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And To Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known. Such An Indication Should Be Placed On The Offer. In The Absence Of An Indication In The Subcontracting Offer, The Contractor Will Be Able To Introduce A Subcontractor Only On The Conditions Specified In The Contract.
