Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Transport Services In The Field Of Bringing Disabled Children To Schools With Cars Adapted For The Transport Of Disabled People, Including Wheelchairs
3 2. About 30 Students Will Be Delivered. This Number May Change. 3. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Carried Out Under Four Tasks: 1) First Task (A) - Delivery Of Children, Including A Child In A Wheelchair For Educational Institutions In Leszno. The List Of Children Covered By The Delivery Under Task A Was Included In Annex 1 To The Contract. 2) Task Second (B) - Delivery Of Children To Educational Institutions In Warsaw. The List Of Children Covered By The Delivery Under Task B Was Included In Annex 2 To The Contract. 3) Third Task (C) - Delivery Of Children To Educational Institutions In Laski, Izabelin And In Warsaw. The List Of Children Covered By The Delivery Under Task C Was Included In Annex 3 To The Contract. 4) Fourth Task (D) - Delivery Of Children To The Special School In Zielonka, Brwinów And To School In Stare Babice. The List Of Students Covered By Delivery Under Task D Was Included In Annex 4 To The Contract. 4. In Justified Cases, It Is Allowed To Combine Tasks And Transport Students From Various Tasks With The Same Car, Provided That All Students Are Carried Out In Accordance With The School Plan. The Contractor Will Make Every Effort To Ensure The Right Number Of Vehicles To Carry Out The Delivery In Tasks A, B, C And D.5. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Supplement The List Of Transported Children As Well As New Transport Places During The Contract. 6. The Service In Tasks A, B And C And D Will Be Implemented By The Number Of Contractors Cars That The Conditions Are Met: 1) None Of The Students Can Be Left In The School Common Room Earlier Than At 7: 30.2) None Of The Students Can Stay At School After The End Of Classes For More Than 60 Minutes. 7. The Contracting Authority Has The Right Under This Contract To Commission Subsequent Students Reported By Parents During The Contract. The Remuneration For The Delivery Of Students Who Will Be Additionally Notified For The Delivery Will Be Calculated Using Unit Rates For The Delivery Of One Student Specified In The Contractors Offer. If, After Submitting Additional Students, The Conditions Specified In Para. 6.1 And 6.2 Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide An Additional Car. 8. If The Number Of Students Is Reduced To Transport, School Absence Or Closure Of Educational Institutions In Connection With The State Of The Epidemic, The Employer Will Not Suffer Any Consequences In This Respect. 9. Any Change In Individual Tasks Should Be Agreed With The Employer, In Addition, It Cannot Cause Extending The Travel Time To School Or Educational Institution.
