The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Specialized Care Services At The Place Of Residence For People With Mental Disorders (Hereinafter Also As: Suo) From The Czernica Commune, Divided Into 6 Parts, Described In Detail In Annex 1 To This Swz. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of Specialized Care Services At The Place Of Residence For People With Mental Disorders Resulting From Art. 18 Para. 1 Point 3 Of The Act Of 12 March 2004 On Social Assistance (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1283, As Amended) In Connection With From § 2 Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Social Policy Of 22 September 2005 On Specialist Care Services (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 816).
